Live Chat Functionality Added to ED’s Online Website

In a continuous effort to improve the ease of use of our web store we have added Live Chat functionality to our store. Visitors with an immediate question can now easily send a short message to our operators. Our operators will react immediately to the question. The functionality is being offered on almost every page of the Web Store. In case of a very technical nature of the question the operator will redirect the question to the technical staff on duty.
