Complaints About Carton Back Side Of Course Manuals
In December ‘08 we started using carton backsides on our course manuals. We have however been receiving some complaints from customers. We are looking into these complaints together with our printing company CITO REPRO GROUP. We may possibly go back to using plastic backsides again. We strive towards resolving this issue well in January.
